Subaru in court for allegedly failing to give independent repairers equal access to car repair information
The ACCC sued Subaru Australia for allegedly denying independent repairers equal access to repair software and technical data between July 2022 and August 2024. This is the first court action under the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Information Sharing Scheme.
