Business Contracts

The agreements your business actually runs on — drafted, reviewed and negotiated by a senior commercial lawyer. Fixed fees. No hourly surprises.

Fixed fee. Senior lawyer.

Every engagement is quoted upfront and led by a senior lawyer — never a paralegal-first pipeline.

How we help

What we handle for you.

Concrete deliverables — not a general "advice" retainer. Each item can be scoped as a one-off fixed-fee package or bundled into a monthly counsel arrangement.

  • 01

    Service & consulting agreements

Master services agreements, statements of work, professional services terms — with scope, payment and liability that actually match the deal.

  • 02

    Supply, distribution & reseller

Supply, distribution, reseller and channel-partner agreements — including exclusivity, minimum volumes, territory and termination.

  • 03

    SaaS & technology contracts

SaaS subscriptions, licence agreements, uptime and support terms, data processing addendums, integrations and API terms.

  • 04

    NDAs & confidentiality

One-way and mutual NDAs, deed polls, confidentiality regimes for M&A processes and sensitive commercial discussions.

  • 05

    Contract review & redlining

Reviewing counterparty paperwork — flagging the clauses that matter, redlining risk and giving you a plain-English position to negotiate from.

  • 06

    Template library build-out

One-time or retainer-based programs to build your customer, supplier and hiring templates so you stop re-inventing paper every deal.

Who this is for

Clients we work best with.

  • Founders and operators signing customer, supplier or partner paperwork every week
  • Businesses moving from handshake deals to a proper contract stack
  • Teams handed a one-sided contract by a larger counterparty and wanting a redline
  • SaaS and services businesses building a scalable customer-onboarding paper trail

How we work

No surprises. Ever.

Fixed fees quoted upfront. Senior lawyer on every file. Clear next steps at every stage.

  1. 01 — Brief

Send a short brief or book a 15-minute call. We'll confirm scope and what you actually need — often that's less than you think.

  2. 02 — Fixed-fee quote

You get a written scope and a fixed fee before we start. No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices.

  3. 03 — Senior lawyer, on the tools

The lawyer you scoped with is the lawyer doing the work. We turn drafts around fast and stay reachable throughout.

FAQs

Common questions.

How much does a commercial contract cost?
Most standalone contracts are fixed fee. A tailored services agreement or NDA typically runs $1,500–$3,500 + GST. More complex arrangements — multi-party, SaaS with data processing, or bespoke licensing — are scoped after a short call.
Can you review a contract someone else has sent us?
Yes. Send it through with a short brief on the deal. We'll return a marked-up redline and a plain-English summary of the risks worth pushing back on — usually within 3–5 business days.
Do you handle both parties' interests, or just ours?
Just yours. Every engagement is one client, one interest — we don't act on both sides of the same transaction.
Can you sit alongside our team during negotiations?
Yes — either on a per-matter basis, or under a Fractional General Counsel retainer if contract volume is regular. You get the same senior lawyer through the whole negotiation.
