Services/Regulated industries
NDIS Provider Compliance Package.
Service agreements, worker screening, incident reporting and Practice Standards — reviewed and remediated in one scoped engagement.
Overview
NDIS providers sit under three overlapping regimes — the NDIS Act and Rules, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and the Practice Standards for registered providers. This package gives you a senior legal review of the documents and processes that actually get audited: participant service agreements, subcontractor and support-worker arrangements, worker screening, restrictive practice authorisations, and reportable incident procedures.

FAQs
Questions we hear often.
- Do you help with reportable incidents already underway?
- Yes — but that's a separate urgent engagement, not this fixed-fee package. Contact us directly if you have an active incident or Commission notice.
- We're unregistered — is this package still relevant?
- Yes. Unregistered providers remain bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, worker screening rules and the unfair contract terms regime. The package is scoped down accordingly.
- What about state-based restrictive practices authorisations?
- We map the authorisation regime in each state or territory where you operate and flag gaps. Actual authorisation applications are handled by the state authoriser, not the lawyer.
