We're unregistered — is this package still relevant?

Yes. Unregistered providers remain bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, worker screening rules and the unfair contract terms regime. The package is scoped down accordingly.

What about state-based restrictive practices authorisations?

We map the authorisation regime in each state or territory where you operate and flag gaps. Actual authorisation applications are handled by the state authoriser, not the lawyer.
