AUSTRAC issues notices to non-enrolled businesses

AUSTRAC has started sending notices to businesses that look like they are providing designated services but have not enrolled, following the 1 July 2026 start of Tranche 2. Law practices, accountants, real estate agents and precious metal dealers are the target groups.
